  • 1/3 c. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/8 teasoon salt
  • 2 cans (12 ounce each) frzn coconut lowfat milk, thawed

Directions

  1. Combine cornstarch, sugar, salt. Add in 1/2 c. of coconut lowfat milk. Blend to make a smooth paste. Heat remaining lowfat milk over medium heat and add in cornstarch mix.
  2. Cook 20 min over low heat. Stir frequently till thickened. Pour into an 8 x 8 pan. Cold and chill. Cut into 1 1/2 inch pcs.
