Ingredients
- 18 slices white bread
- 12 ounce med. cheddar, grated
- 10 ounce broccoli, cooked & liquid removed
- 2 c. diced ham
- 6 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 teaspoon instant chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions
- Trim crusts from bread. Cut slices in half to create triangles. Arrange 9 triangles and crust trimmings on bottom of 9"x12" pan. Alternate layers of broccoli, cheese and ham. Arrange 9 triangles on top.Put together large eggs, lowfat milk, onion, salt, dry mustard, pour over bread. Cover and chill 6 hrs or possibly overnight. Bake, uncovered at 325 degrees for 55 min. Let stand 10 min before cutting. Serves 12.
