Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Coat a bundt pan or possibly 8x8 inch pan with Pam. beat egg for 2 -3 min at medium speed. Gradually add in sugar, beat constantly.
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients except garnish. Mix gently.
  3. Pour into the bundt and bake 30 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cold completely, turn out on a plate and sprinkle with cocoa and orange peel.
