Want perfect cooking garlic. Here is a good way to get it.

Ingredients

  • Garlic cluster.
  • Mixing bowls.
  • Plastic wrap.
  • Hammer.
  • Knife.

Directions

  1. Take a garlic cluster and cut off the ends. Then place the whole cluster into a mid-sized bowl and cover that bowl with a larger bowl, upside down. The garlic is now "trapped" into the two bowls. Shake the garlic vigorously up and down, side to side, within the two bowls for about 20 seconds. Remove the top bowl. The garlic will be separated from the husks.
  2. Now, on a hard surface, take the garlic cloves and cover them with plastic wrap. Use a tendering hammer to mash the garlic into as fine a paste as you like. The garlic will be flattened. Use your chef's knife to cut the mash into spreadable micro-pieces.
