Ingredients
- 1/2 c. soft butter
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 sqs. chocolate
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. mint flavored baking chips
Directions
- Place butter, sugar, and egg in a large mixing bowl and beat till well creamed. Add in sifted dry ingredients alternately with lowfat milk and vanilla, beating only long sufficient to create a soft dough. Add in mint chips. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet with tsp.. Bake 10 to 12 min at 400 degrees. Makes 50 cookies.
