Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce.) Packages cream cheese
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 tbsp. Kahlua
- 1 c. miniature chocolate chips
- 12 Oreos (see note)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and flour. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in liquor. Heat 1/2 c. chocolate chips; add in to cream cheese mix till blended. Stir in remaining chips. Place 1 cookie in bottom of 12 paper lined muffin c.. Fill to top with cream cheese mix. Bake 25 to 30 min or possibly till set. Cold before removing from pan. Chill. You can garnish with Cold Whip, shaved chocolate, etc.
- Note: Instead of using whole cookies, I crushed some Oreos and added little melted butter and patted mix in bottom of lined muffin c..
