Directions

Coliflor Rebozada is a Spanish dish categorized as a light tapa or side dish which is made out of cauliflower florets dipped in a egg and dusted with a light batter made out of seasoned flour. I first tried this in when I was still studying at the university and this was served on our canteen, on my first bite I did not even thought it was made out of cauliflower only as its is so delicious and feel like I am eating some sort of nuggets having said that I can attest that this dish definitely would please even those who hate vegetables, I guess at this moment I agree that all deep fried food are delicious
