- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 c. water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 c. oil
- 1 pkg. (8 ounce) cream cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 c. coconut
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. pecans
Directions
- Put 1/2 of batter in greased and lightly floured pan. Then mix:
- Then spread over batter and put the other 1/2 chocolate mix on cheese mix. Bake at 350 degrees till done. Put chocolate icing on top of cake.
