Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c. Flour
- 2 tsp Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Brown sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/4 c. Softened margarine
- 1 can (1lb 10z) fruit cocktail
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 3/4 c. Semi-sweet chocolate pcs
- 3/4 c. Minced nuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 and grease 13x9 pan. In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except chocolate pcs and nuts. Blend well at lowest mixer speed. Beat 2 min at medium speed. Pour batter into pan and sprinkle with chocolate pcs and nuts. Bake for 35-40 min.
