- 3 c. fresh onion
- 3 1/2 c. chili pwdr
- 1/2 c. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 (#10) red beans & liquid
- 3 (#10) tomato puree
- 2 tbsp. Accent
- 1 (#10) tomatoes, diced
Directions
- Cook 20 pounds of hamburger. Add in remaining ingredients. Simmer one hour. Stir gently. Clean bottom of pans. (May need to add in water.
