Directions

  1. Clean and cut chicken into serving pcs.
  2. Beat the egg and add in the cornstarch to make a thick batter. Add in salt, Accent and pepper. Dip cut chicken in this batter and deep fat fry. Set aside.
  3. While frying the chicken, boil sufficient water to cover the cut up green pepper. When the water has boiled, drop the green pepper, cook for 5 min and drain immediately. Set aside.
  4. In a saucepan, place the juice from the liquid removed pineapple, add in soy sauce, 1 Tbsp. cornstarch and simmer till thick. Add in chicken, pineapple chunks and remove from the heat. When ready to serve, garnish with tomato wedges.
