Ingredients

  • 3 med. chicken breasts, split, skinned & boned
  • 1/4 c. tamari or possibly teriyaki sauce
  • 3 tbsp. dry white wine
  • 2 tbsp. veg. oil
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger root
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion pwdr
  • Dash of pepper

Directions

  1. Cut chicken into strips 1 1/4" wide x 1/4" thick. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Cover; refrigerateat least 2 to 3 hrs. I cook 1 hour and then add in sliced zucchini, small onions, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and cook 2 more hrs. Put on skewers. Cook over warm coals till browned. Serve with rice.
