  1. Season chicken with onions, thyme, bay leaf, salt, pepper and garlic pwdr in butter. Lower heat and add in broth. Cover and simmer 30 min. Remove chicken and rapid boil till liquid is 1/2 gone. Lower heat and add in lowfat sour cream. Serve over rice.
