  • 2 c. Minute Rice
  • 1 cut up raw chicken or possibly 2 whole chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg. onion C.-a-Soup (optional)

Directions

  1. Butter 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine 2 soups in a small mixing bowl. Mix the uncooked rice with 1/2 of soup mix and spread in bottom of baking pan. Place chicken on top of rice. Pour remaining soup over chicken. Optional - Sprinkle chicken pcs with packet of onion soup.
  2. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake 2 1/4 hrs at 350 degrees.
  3. Serves 4.
