  1. Season chicken to taste. In large skillet, heat oil and cook chicken till done; drain. Remove chicken to serving platter and keep hot. To skillet, add in water and bring to a boil; stir in Lipton Rice & Sauce and snow peas.
  2. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 10 min or possibly till rice is tender. Stir in cashews. To serve, arrange chicken over rice.
  3. Makes about 4servings.
  4. These two both are very quick and easy and tasty. Rather fun to fool around with too, for a different taste.
