Ingredients

  • 4 x Chicken breasts, (up to 8) Flour Salt and pepper Rosemary Garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 lb Butter
  • 1 can (large) of mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 1 can (large) of artichokes, halved and liquid removed
  • 1/4 c. White wine
  • 1 x Squeezed lemon juice

Directions

  1. Shake the chicken in a bag containing small amounts of flour, salt and pepper, rosemary and garlic pwdr. Brown the chicken in butter for approximately 15 minutes.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover and simmer 30-40 min, till tender. Serve on rice.
  4. NOTE: The mushrooms and artichokes cook down and constitutes gravy to be spooned over all. Good company fare.
