Ingredients
- 4 x Chicken breasts, (up to 8) Flour Salt and pepper Rosemary Garlic pwdr
- 1/2 lb Butter
- 1 can (large) of mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1 can (large) of artichokes, halved and liquid removed
- 1/4 c. White wine
- 1 x Squeezed lemon juice
Directions
- Shake the chicken in a bag containing small amounts of flour, salt and pepper, rosemary and garlic pwdr. Brown the chicken in butter for approximately 15 minutes.
- Add in remaining ingredients.
- Cover and simmer 30-40 min, till tender. Serve on rice.
- NOTE: The mushrooms and artichokes cook down and constitutes gravy to be spooned over all. Good company fare.
