  1. Cook noodles in water, salt and oil. Heat butter; stir in flour. Add in lowfat milk, bran and chicken stock. Heat till thickened. Combine all ingredients into 2 steamer pans. Bake 1 hour, or possibly till warm, at 350 degrees
