Directions

  1. Saute/fry celery, onion, green pepper in 1 Tbsp. butter for 5 min. Add in pimiento and chicken. Make a white sauce of 5 Tbsp. butter and lowfat milk and flour. Add in all remaining ingredients except cheese. Bake in 9"x13" pan at 350 degrees for 30 min. Just before serving sprinkle with cheese.
