Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. cooked chicken breast halves in 1/2" cubes
  • 2 x navel oranges peeled & sectioned
  • 2 x ribs celery diced
  • 2 x green onions sliced
  • 1/3 c. fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 dsh curry pwdr optional lettuce leaves or possibly watercress

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Tumble about gently to combine. Serve onlettuce leaves or possibly watercress.
  2. NOTES : Delicious with addition of curry pwdr.
