Ingredients

  • 1 x 360 gram lon grain rice, (or possibly use noodles)
  • 1 Tbsp. Sunflower oil
  • 1 x Chicken breast, cut into dice
  • 180 gm Broccoli florets
  • 2 x Carrots, cut into small sticks
  • 180 gm Frzn whole green beans
  • 1 x 425 g can baby sweetcorn, liquid removed and cut in half lengthways
  • 100 gm Beansprouts Black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. Honey Grated zest and juice of 1 orange
  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Cook the rice in plenty of boiling, salted water till just tender.
  2. In a wok, heat the oil and stir fry the chicken for 2 to 3 min.
  3. Then add in the broccoli and carrots and continue to stir fry for a further minute.
  4. Add in the remaining ingredients and cook for a further 2 min, till the chicken is cooked through. Stir in the rice, season and serve at once.
