Directions

  1. 1. Chop the peppers, onions, garlic and tomatoes.
  2. 2. Lightly fry the peppers, onion and garlic in the extra virgin olive oil for a few min.
  3. 3. Add in the parsley, tomatoes and salt and cook on a low heat for abouthalf an hour, stirring, occasionally, till te omtos are pulped.
