  • 1 x (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 1 can (15-ounce) cherry pie filling
  • 1 pkt (12-ounce) cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spread half of the cherry pie filling in pie shell. Bake 15 min or possibly till crust is brown. Remove from oven. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. With a mixer, combine cheese, sugar, Large eggs and vanilla.
  2. Pour over warm pie filling. Bake 25 min; cold. Spoon lowfat sour cream around edge of pie and fill center with remaining pie filling.
