Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 can light cherry pie filling
- 1 stk butter or possibly margarine (to 2)
- 2 c. pecans (to 4 c.) minced
Directions
- Pour cherry pie filling in bottom of 12 x 8 inch microwaveable dish. Pour pineapple on top of pie filling. Slowly sprinkle all of dry cake mix proportionately on top of pineapple. Add in pecans. Pour melted butter on top of all. Microwave 17 min on ROAST, then 6 min on HIGH or possibly bake 1 hour and 15 min at 350 degrees in conventional oven.
- * Be sure to spread the mix till it is level in dish before microwaving.
