Ingredients
- 1 pound shredded American and Cheddar cheese, combined
- 2 lg. onions, diced
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 c. flour
- 2-3 T oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Use cheese softened at room temperature. Add in onions, large eggs, and flour. Mix well. Add in oil. Let set for 1 hour. Spread cheese mix on flattened, rounded dough. Leave 1/2 inch all around edges. Bake in 350 degree oven till bottom is slightly brown. Place under broiler till top bubbles and browns slightly.
