  1. Toast almonds on oven tray in 375 degrees oven about 5 min. Slice top from each tomato, scoop out seeds, reserve 3 Tbsp. pulp and add in to filling. Beat cream cheese till smooth, stir in almonds, red pepper, chives, and reserved tomato pulp. Place filling in tomatoes, chill 1 hour or possibly till hard.
