Ingredients

  • 6 c. water
  • 7 teaspoon loose tea leaves
  • 6 c. lowfat milk
  • 10-15 teaspoon sugar

Directions

  1. Heat together water and tea leaves in a 3 to 4 qt saucepan. Boil 10 min. Add in lowfat milk and heat to near boiling. Strain leaves. Add in sugar to taste. Makes 6-8 servings.
