  1. preheat oven to 300
  2. lightly oil two sheet pans
  3. spread popped corn evenly into pans
  4. in a small saucepan over medium heat melt the sugar and let it caramelize without stirring for about 20 minutes. until it turns alnmost brown, then add the butter and stir it in until melted and smooth. take the pan of the heat and stir in the salt
  5. slowly and evenly pour caramel over popped corn and toss with a wooden spoon at first and then with your hands (butter them up first) once its cool enough to handle, until well coated
  6. bake popcorn for 20 minutes stirring the contents of pan after 10 min. remove from oven when the corn looks crispy and darker hue exists. let it cool before ingesting
