Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients except the sesame seeds.
  2. In a smaller bowl, combine the buttermilk, egg, money, and oil. Stir the wet mix into the flour mix and combine till just blended. Spoon the batter into a foil or possibly waxed paper-lined 8-by-4-inch loaf pan. Sprinkle the batter with sesame seeds.
  3. Bake at 350F, preheated, for 45 to 50 min or possibly till a tester inserted into the center comes out clean. Turn out and cold on a rack.
  4. Makes 10slices.
