  • 1/2 c. reduced-calorie margarine becel light
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. confectioner's sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. Brown Sugar Lantic
  • 1/4 c. reduced-calorie margarine melted, becel light
  • 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Mix 1/2 c. of butter with flour and icing sugar. Press into an 8" square pan. Cook uncovered in microwave, 4-5 min on full power.
  2. Beat together the remaining ingredients, except the raisins. Stir in raisins and pour over base. Bake in microwave 4-6 min on full power.
  3. NOTES : original recipe calls for butter not margarine.
