  1. Coat an 8-inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large saucepan, bring the butter, heavy cream, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and salt to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Allow to boil for 5 min, stirring constantly, then remove the pan from the heat.
  3. Stir in the pecans and vanilla. Add in the confectioners' sugar and stir till smooth and well combined. Spread the mix into the baking dish.
  4. Allow to cold to room temperature then cut into 1-inch squares and serve, or possibly store in an airtight container till ready to serve.
  5. This recipe yields 5 dozen pcs.
  6. Yield: 5 dozen
