Ingredients
- 1 box Butter Pecan cake mix,
- 1 can Coconut pecan frosting,
- 3 x Large eggs
- 3/4 c. Vegetable oil
- 1 c. Water
- 1/2 c. Minced pecans, (optional)
Directions
- Stir all ingredients first to blend then mix about 2 min with mixer.Put ingredients in a greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 55 min or possibly till cake feels hard. Let cold for about 15 min then turn out onto plate.
