  1. Method:1. Soak the beans in the water overnight. The next morning, take the hull off beans. Cook till well done in water. Don't add in seasoning. Drain; mash beans.
  2. 2. Add in sugar, flour, butter, vanilla, Large eggs and salt. Mix well.
  3. 3. Add in cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon and cream. Blend together. Pour into a 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 to 45 min.
  4. Makes 1 - 9 inch pie
  5. A great bean pie!
