Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 4 sq. sweet chocolate
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 c. butterscotch chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 c. crisp rice cereal
- Vanilla icing; optional
Directions
- In large saucepan, heat butter over very low heat; add in chocolate squares and stir till melted. Quickly stir in chips and vanilla. Immediately add in coconut, nuts, powdered sugar, and cereal. Stir till all ingredients are covered. Cut into squares and store in refrigerator.
