Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, beat together 1 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 c. butter and 1/3 c. brown sugar. Press into the bottom of an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake for 10 min. In another bowl, beat the Large eggs. Stir in the coconut, 3/4 c. brown sugar, 2 Tbsp. flour, baking pwdr, vanilla extract and salt. Stir in the minced nuts. Spread over the baked mix. Bake for 20 min longer, or possibly till set. Meanwhile, combine the powdered sugar and melted butter. Add in sufficient lemon juice to make a glaze. Drizzle over the hot bars in the pan.
