- 1/2 x Onion Celery
Directions
- Steam spinach; after spinach is cooked, approximately 5 min. Use excess water for cooking brown rice. Cook rice accordingly. In frying pan, saute/fry onion (minced small) and celery (minced small) in pat of butter. After rice is cooked, add in spinach
