Directions

  1. Wash broccoli and cut off broccoli flowerets. Slice stems 1/4 inch thick.
  2. In large skillet or possibly wok, heat oil; stir-fry broccoli 5 min till crisp-tender. In small bowl, mix soy sauce and cornstarch. Add in honey, ginger and warm pepper sauce. Pour over broccoli. Cook till sauce thickens slightly. Stir in almonds.
