Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Broccoli
- 2 Tbsp. Peanut oil
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 1/2 tsp Fresh grated ginger root or possibly 1/4 tsp. grnd ginger
- 1/4 tsp Warm pepper sauce
- 1/4 c. Slivered almonds
Directions
- Wash broccoli and cut off broccoli flowerets. Slice stems 1/4 inch thick.
- In large skillet or possibly wok, heat oil; stir-fry broccoli 5 min till crisp-tender. In small bowl, mix soy sauce and cornstarch. Add in honey, ginger and warm pepper sauce. Pour over broccoli. Cook till sauce thickens slightly. Stir in almonds.
