Ingredients
- 1 c. Broccoli, cut in pcs
- 2 Tbsp. Onions, minced
- 2 x Garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 c. Sliced mushrooms
- 2 c. [stock] Salt, to taste White or possibly black pepper, to ta
- 1/2 lb Spiral pasta, tricolor Cooked according to directio
- 12 ounce Evaporated skim lowfat milk
Directions
- Put twists on to boil and saute/fry all the first 4 ingredients in the broth(add in a little broth at a time) till tender about ten min. Cover a few min at the end of cooking. Put can of skim lowfat milk in a blender with the 2 Tablespoons of flour, slowly add in which to the cooked vegetables and broth, stirring constantly till thickened. Pour over the twists.
