  • 12 Large eggs
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (4 ounce.) jar cheese whiz
  • 1 pound bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1 small container half and half cream or possibly whole lowfat milk
  • Mushrooms, onions, green pepper, optional

Directions

  1. Scramble Large eggs till not quite done. Add in soup and 1/2 can cream, cheese and optionals. Bake at 350 degrees 40 to 45 min till bubbly.
