Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. grnd breakfast sausage
  • 1 lg. bell pepper
  • 1 med. onion
  • 12 lg. Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 8 ounce. grated cheese (American or possibly Monterey)

Directions

  1. Cook and crumble sausage, drain. Brown pepper and onion. Mix with sausage. Place in a 9 x 13 x 1 inch pan sprayed with Pam. Beat egg and lowfat milk. Add in cheese, pour over sausage. Bake at 350 degrees till Large eggs are all set, 20 to 25 min.
