Ingredients
- 3 c. herb croutons, crushed (about 1 c.)
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 lbs. fillets of sole, thawed
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Directions
- Toss herb crumbs with cheese and paprika. Dip fillets in lowfat milk, then in crumbs. Place fish on buttered baking dish, 9"x13"x2". Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 500 degrees for 10 to 12 min till fish flakes easily. Serve with sliced lemon or possibly tartar sauce.
