  1. In an 8x8 pan, put melted butter. Stir in brown sugar and lowfat milk. On a lightly floured board roll bread dough to about 8x14. With a knife, spread a thin layer of butter on dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown or possibly white sugar as desired. Roll up the long way and cut roll in half, then each half into 8 pcs.Place pcs cut side up on caramel mix. Let rise in warm place till doubled. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 25-30 min. Let cool 5-10 min, then turn out on platter. (For a 9x13 pan use 2 loaves frzn bread and 3/4 cup melted butter, 1 1/4 cups brown sugar and 1/3 cup lowfat milk for caramel sauce.)
