Bourbon Sweet Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients: 3/4 lb butter or possibly margarine; 1 lrg packag marshmallows; 4 lrg cans sweet potatoes; 1/2 c. bourbon (or possibly more if you like)

Ingredients

3/4 lb butter or possibly margarine
1 lrg packag marshmallows
4 lrg cans sweet potatoes
1/2 c. bourbon (or possibly more if you like)

Directions

In a double boiler, put butter and marshmallows (save a few for decoration). Cook till marshmallows dissolve and mix is sticky and gooey.
Drain sweet potatoes, put in mixing bowl and beat well with marshmallow mix and bourbon.
Dot with marshmallows, then bake in 350-degree oven till warm.
