Ingredients
- 2 lbs. pork, boneless center loin roast
- 5 Boston lettuce leaves
- 3 scallions, cut into halves
- 5 slices ginger root
Directions
- 1. Put the meat in a saucepan. Add in water, sufficient to cover the meat. Add in sliced ginger and scallions, too. Boil it about 40-50 min (till well done).
- 2. Cold the meat and thinly slice.
- 3. Make sauce. Mix all ingredients.
- 4. Put the lettuce leaves on the plate, then put on the sliced pork. Serve with sauce. Serves 4.
