Directions

  1. Squeeze all the water out of spinach. Beat Large eggs then add in Bisquick, lowfat milk, then spinach. Pour into 9x13 pan.
  2. Crumble Feta cheese on top and drizzle melted butter over cheese. Bake at 350 for 40-45 min.
