  • 1 lb Sausage (tube)
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. Corn starch
  • 1/4 c. Cool water Salt & pepper to taste Bisquick


  1. Gravy: Crumble Sausage in a large pan and brown till all pink is gone.
  2. Pour off fat and out back on fire. Add in lowfat milk, heat gently till nearly boiling. Mix corn starch with water, when lowfat milk/sausage is warm, blend in.
  3. Mix well. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil for one minute. Reduce heat.
  4. Salt & pepper to taste.
  5. Biscuits: Buy Bisquick and follow recipe for Drop Biscuits.
  6. /Large eggs
