Ingredients
- 2 lbs. stew beef, cubed into bite-size pcs
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 sm. container of lowfat sour cream
- Egg noodles
Directions
- Brown beef and onion soup in 2 Tbsp. oil. Add in mushroom soup and about a c. of water. Simmer till ready to serve. Stir in lowfat sour cream and egg noodles. (You may have to add in more water for noodles.)
