  1. Heat veg. oil in frying pan. Add in grnd beef. Scramble-fry till browned. Drain well. Turn into 3 1/2 qt slow cooker.
  2. Add in remaining 7 ingredients. Stir. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hrs or possibly on High for 3 to 4 hrs.
