Ingredients
- 4 c. mashed potatoes, instant or possibly regular
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp. onion soup mix
- Parsley to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
Directions
- When making mashed potatoes, add in egg, parsley and nutmeg. Spread in a buttered 9 inch pie plate, building up thick sides. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 min. Meanwhile, brown 1 lb. grnd beef; drain off fat. Season meat with onion soup mix, and spoon into mashed potato shell. Bake 10 min longer. Serve.
