Ingredients
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 lbs. sirloin tip roast cut into 2 inch cubes
- 6 to 8 boiling onions
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
- 1 c. cherry tomatoes
- 1 lg. green pepper, cut into 1 inch pcs
Directions
- Combine oil, soy sauce, vinegar and pepper in large shallow container. Add in meat, cover and marinate in refrigerator 4 hrs or possibly overnight. Parboil onions 3 to 5 min; drain. Remove meat from marinade. Alternate meat and vegetables on skewers. Grill kabobs 5 min on each side over medium coals or possibly till desired doneness, basting with marinade.
