Ingredients
- 1 can white hominy
- 1 can Trappey's navy beans
- 4 ounce. cucumber or possibly zucchini
- 1 1/2 c. salsa
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- Cumin
- Salt
Directions
- Puree hominy, beans and cucumber and zucchini in food processor till smooth. Put mix into bowl and add in remaining ingredients. Heat and serve with tortilla chips.
